Where data is processed, and for how long

• Data is processed and stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1).
• Service provider: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, backup storage, email delivery).
• Unfinished sign-in codes and drafts are cleared within 24 hours.
• Your account and registration are kept until you leave, ask for deletion, or the need that justified keeping them ends.
• Deletion requests are handled within 30 days. Encrypted backups rotate on a 30-day cycle, and deletions and unsubscribes are re-applied after any restore.

These are the retention rules this platform actually applies. They are not a statement of any jurisdiction’s statutory periods.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign in and to send updates about the Actions you joined.
• What you type into the registration form: name, country, region, work types, description, and optionally phone, mailing address and links.
• Posts and replies you publish, and your random public nickname.
• Minimal technical records used for security and rate limiting.

What we do not collect

• We do not accept works, contracts or evidence files. There is no upload feature.
• We do not access your cloud storage and we do not open the links you enter. They are stored as text only.
• We do not ask whether you own a copyright, whether you have evidence, or what compensation you expect.

Who can see what

Your name, email, phone, address and registration description are private. Only you, and a platform administrator where there is a specific reason, can see them. Publicly, only your random nickname and what you choose to post are shown.

Lawyers have no access to the member database. Joining an Action does not hand your details to any firm. If a firm later wants to take a matter forward, the platform sends an invitation and you decide whether to register with them yourself.

Your choices

• Leave an Action at any time. You stop being counted and this Action’s email stops.
• Sign out at any time. The session is revoked on the server.
• Change your personal details.
• Ask for your account to be deleted.

What the number means

The number on a company page counts accounts that verified an email address and joined that Action. It does not mean anyone’s legal position has been checked, and it does not mean a case exists.
