IN01 | What material does India's work, ownership and exception framework provisionally map to?
The English text provided by WIPO — §§13, 14, 17 and 51, 52 — can be used for a provisional mapping of originality, ownership, reproduction and fair dealing. IN02 | How is professional certification of an Indian electronic record prepared?
§63 of the BSA 2023 and its schedule cover the source of the record, the device, how it was obtained, hashes, and the party and expert sections. Before any formal filing, confirm the applicable route and the certifier. A local hash report cannot replace the full procedural certificate.
